Return Policy
All Prima products have been developed utilizing the finest in design, manufacture, material selection, and function.
Although we ensure that all steps that are taken to produce a first quality case, you may not be satisfied with the product you received. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date (invoice date) for a full refund (excluding freight costs).
The product must be returned unused.
Please ensure that the package is complete as it was received (box, clip, case, etc.)
The 30 day period may be extended to allow delays in transit only to international customers if previous notification has been received.
Shipping costs of the return will not be refunded, but if the return is a result of our error, we will credit product cost and return freight. If you would like to exchange the case , please place an order for the new item and return the original purchase for credit.
About Special Orders
All colors and/or embossing that require an additional charge are considered to be custom made and are therefore non returnable and non refundable. Please note that we will wait 24 hours before processing the charge. If you feel that you may want to change your order during this period, please send us an e-mail specifying the order number (an e-mail confirmation has been sent to you when you placed the order) and a brief description of your request.
Special order cases are produced especially for you, and we have highly skilled personnel working to make it just perfect. Special orders will be shipped within 7 days after the order has been placed. In the event that you do not receive your case during this time, please contact us and someone will reply to you ASAP.
To return a product:
Contact us to let us know you are returning a product.
Return the product in original packaging or packaged in a mailer box to prevent damage in transit.
Include a copy of the original charge slip.
Fill out the reason for the return.

Limited Product Warranty
Prima warrants to the original purchaser that its cases will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the purchase (all other products, including belt clips, have a 30 day limited warranty). This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations, unauthorized product repairs, and damage while in transit to Prima Cases, LLC. Further, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.
Prima reserves the right to repair or replace the product if limited warranty applies.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt (weekends excluded). If for some reason, we are temporarily out of stock on your case, you will also be notified within the same time frame and advised when your case will be able to be sent to you.
