How do I know if my order has been processed?

- Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within one business day, please email us at sales@primacases.com, and we can confirm your order status.

Where do you ship from?

- We ship from New Jersey.

When can I expect to receive my order?

- We ship all of our products within two to three business days after receipt of your order. Once we’ve shipped your order, we update the status of the order from “received” to “shipped,” and you will receive an email notification.

Can I modify my order after I have already submitted it online?

- If you would like to modify your order (color, quantity, etc.) feel free to email our customer service department at Sales@primacases.com and we will gladly help with your order modification.

What is your return policy?

- We have a 30 day return policy for all non-clearance items. To find out more, please click on our return policy link (hyperlink to page).

How can I become an authorized reseller?

- If you are interested in becoming a reseller of Prima’s products, please email us at sales@primacase.com, so we can send you our reseller form. Once completed, please email the form back to us, and we will review your application.
