Who are you guys?

Prima is the latest series of Premium Leather Handheld Case Solutions from the Colemax Group and the founders of the original Bellagio Designs.

Where are you located?

We are based out of New Jersey and all products are shipped from our own distribution facility.

Do you charge extra for colors?

No...no reason to charge extra if you want a case that is not black. All of our leather is the finest quality, so you can't upgrade from the best!

If I order a case in a color, does it take longer?

Normally....no. We try to stock all colors so we can ship immediately. However, there may be the odd occasion where we are out of stock. If this happens, we can usually have your case to you in approximately 2 weeks.

Can the cases be ordered without a clip?

Yes...although the plastic post that we use for our removable belt clip is a very low profile design, we understand that some people prefer not to have a clip at all. We do have some inventory without clips and they can be shipped immediately. However, if we do not have stock of a "clipless" model, we can certainly order it for you and have it available within 2 weeks.

What's your return policy?

We understand that with on-line purchases you can't always judge if a purchase is going to meet your needs. If, after 30 days, you decide you want to return your Prima Case, please contact our office for a Return Authorization. We will refund the cost of your case as soon as we receive it. Please remember to include the belt clip and any packaging that you may have. Also, if you have the receipt, it will help us to expedite credit.

Can a consumer come see the cases in person?

Absolutely! Just give us a call and we'll be happy to have someone available when you come visit. We're located in Montvale, NJ.

Do you make custom designs?

Yes we do. If you have a requirement of 100 pieces or more, we can certainly create a design to perfectly meet your needs.

What companies use your designs?

We make custom designed cases directly for Dell, HP, Symbol Technologies and Socket Communications (www.socketcom.com) , among many, many others

Can I have my initials embossed?

Yes you can. We are currently updating our web site to allow this request to be made when the order is placed. Until then, please give us a call at 1.877.CASE 950 after you place your order and we will take all the information from you.

How much does embossing cost?

$14.00 for up to 12 letter or characters.

What type of Belt Clip do you use?

We use a clip that is one of 3 models that is approved by Motorola. It is made of ABS Plastic and "click stops" in the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock positions.

Can I buy the clip only?

Yes..look in our Special Offers section. We also offer an extra clip option when you place your case order.

What is your warranty?

We warranty our cases for 1 year from date of purchase. Clip warranty is 60 days.

How can I track my order?

Our Web Site is directly linked to UPS. When we ship your Prima Case, you will receive a notification either from Prima Cases, or Quantum Notify (UPS Site) giving you your tracking number.

Is your web site secure?

Sure is! We have an SSL Certificate from Network Solutions that ensures that all transactions are secure.

What if I have questions about the cases, company, shipping,etc?

We have an excellent customer service team on hand who will be happy to discuss your purchase with you. Those of you who called us when we were selling our Bellagio Designs Brand can attest to the fact that we place Customer Service as our top priority.
